Anybody looking for some NetGalley love? Don’t worry. I always got your back. Pikko’s House Co-op for NetGalley is accepting rental slots if you want in on one. And guess what? They’re only $35 for a month.
Considering that the regular NetGalley price (not in a co-op) is up to $699 a year, $35 is amazing.
And if you play nice, NetGalley can really increase exposure..
Here’s a great article that I wrote on my experience with it that I wrote several years ago. NetGalley definitely helped me gather some reviews and get some exposure. It’s a strategy I implement every now and then to gain some reviews and make book blogger/librarian friends.
If you’re trying to get some reviews so you can get the big ol’ BookBub, this could be a strategy to try out.
What is NetGalley?
It’s basically a place to get reviews and connect with readers. But in their own words:
For Professional Readers (like Bloggers)
NetGalley is a service to promote titles to professional readers of influence. If you are a reviewer, blogger, journalist, librarian, bookseller, educator, or in the media, you can use NetGalley for FREE to request, read and provide feedback about forthcoming titles. Your feedback and recommendations are essential to publishers and readers alike.
Publishers in the United States, Canada, the UK and Australia are using NetGalley to interact with our growing member community, and to invite their own contacts to view titles using the NetGalley widget.
